Remote Online Training Plans
Live a little far away to train in person, but interested in making improvements? Coach Sean is available to create simple and intuitive online training with professional program design to assist you. Sessions can focus on speed and/or strength training, with a log to track your progress and videos to follow to make sure you have full understanding of the drills. Each online training plan includes check ins with Coach Sean to assure that you are on track and have him as a resource to answer any questions.
