Private Training
Private training is the recommended training method for athletes who are looking to hone on sport specific skills or just want a little bit more attention to detail in the coaching and feedback that they receive. Private training allows the athlete to focus on drills and skills that are super important within a certain sport such as combine training for football/lacrosse or very specific movement patterns seen in rotational sports like golf or tennis, or overhead throwing athletes.
Sessions focus half of the time on speed, agility, and movement, and the other half on strength. Athletes who have specific needs can opt for a full hour of speed or strength if it correlates better with their school/club team schedules and training. Athletes are all given a sports performance strength program where they will log their improvements to assure that we are making progress.
