Athlete Group Training
The best athletes are competitive! What better way to get better than to be pushed by likeminded athletes like yourself?
Athletes who come to group training are those who are looking to work with other highly driven athletes to push each other to elevate your game. Our training groups are founded on hard work and positive mindsets. With the high standards set by our athletes, an individual who comes to these sessions have no choice but to rise to the level of excellence put out by the group.
Sessions focus half of the time on speed, agility, and movement, and the other half on strength. Athletes who have specific needs can opt for a full hour of speed or strength if it correlates better with their school/club team schedules and training. Athletes are all given a sports performance strength program where they will log their improvements to assure that we are making progress.
